Back To Church Sunday
At All Saints Ecclesall we are celebrating Back to Church Sunday on 26th September 2010. This is a national initiative to let people rediscover what church can be about and what it offers. The aim is to give the opportunity to ‘come home' to people who have dropped out of church for some reason. It may be that the need to care for an elderly parent, an illness or perhaps work commitments have just prevented attendance at church and, after a long period of absence, it is difficult to take the step to come back. On this Sunday, the theme is "Come as you are". Our services will be
8:00am Holy Communion (a quiet service without music)
9:15am A traditional Choral Communion with choir
11:00am An informal service for all ages with children's activities
6:00pm An informal service for adults
7:45pm A service for teenagers and young adults
So, we would very much welcome any visitors on that day - or on any other Sunday for that matter! Please make yourself known to the Clergy or Welcome Team. We would love to see you!
